Jesús Rafael Marcano Guzmán, conosciuto anche con il nome di Jade Emperor, è nato a Maturín nel 1993. È scrittore, sinologo, haijin, artista dell’origami, mangaka, filosofo spirituale, insegnante e studioso delle lingue e delle estetiche cinese e giapponese. È inoltre traduttore letterario cinese-giapponese, grammatico, relatore internazionale, imprenditore e promotore culturale.
La sua produzione letteraria si sviluppa attraverso una dimensione mistica, filosofica, epico-fantastica e apologetica, con uno stile di matrice giapponese tradizionale ispirato al Wafism e all’estetica Wabi-sabi.
Tra le sue pubblicazioni figurano l’antologia poetica “#Nos une la poesía”, realizzata con 21 autori (Mérida, 2021), e “Hanasaki” (Mérida, 2021), opera recensita dalla poetessa e docente Dulce Burkooitz presso la Royal Poetic-Literary Order Juan Benito in Spagna nel 2021. Il volume è stato successivamente pubblicato in edizione elettronica da Editorial SoyLivre nel 2022 e in una seconda edizione elettronica da Laia Editora, Argentina, nel 2024.
Nel 2022 è presente nell’antologia poetica “Anime allo specchio” (Italia), mentre nel 2023 pubblica haiku sulla rivista spagnola Poemame e prende parte alle antologie poetiche “Palabras para una reina” e “Un poema para Mariangel”. Nello stesso anno pubblica inoltre a Maturín una raccolta di racconti di genere fantastico, saggi, frasi e riflessioni in lingua spagnola.
Nel 2024 i suoi haiku sono pubblicati sulla rivista letteraria “Escritores Rebeldes” e sulla rivista letteraria messicana “Elipsis”. Nello stesso anno partecipa al I Concorso di Haiku dell’Associazione Culturale Aragón-Japan in Spagna, a una selezione di haiku promossa da La Cacharrería Efervescente in Colombia e al I Concorso Internazionale di Haiku Acueducto de Hornos in Spagna, oltre a numerose altre iniziative e partecipazioni, sia in presenza sia online.
È membro del Sistema Nazionale dei Cultori Popolari e membro fondatore del fondo editoriale “#Nos une la poesía”, nato a Mérida nel 2021.
È inoltre fondatore del movimento poetico-filosofico Jaykism (俳句教; 俳句主义, haikukyō; はいくイズム, haikuizumu), presidente e fondatore della International Society of Hispanic American Writers (SIDEH) e ideatore della lingua letteraria artificiale ᚠaïry långuage.
Dal 2024 è editorialista del quotidiano spagnolo “Siglo XXI”, con sede a Valencia.
Nel corso della sua attività ha ricevuto diversi riconoscimenti, tra cui il primo premio per la poesia alla I Esposizione Internazionale “Aventuras de Papel”, svoltasi a Mar del Plata nel 2024, e il Premio Internazionale Prof. Ciro Artemio Constantino Álvarez, conferito dalla Royal International Academy of Art and Literature del Messico nel 2024.

The Poetry of Thought. Words and Reflections by Jesús Rafael Marcano Guzmán
In the contribution that Jesús Rafael Marcano Guzmán entrusts to these pages, words take on a particular function. Literary writer, sinologist, haijin, origami artist, mangaka, sage, spiritual philosopher, teacher of Chinese-Japanese languages and aesthetics, Chinese-Japanese literary translator, grammarian, international speaker, entrepreneur, and cultural promoter.
His writings have a mystical, philosophical, epic-fantastic, and apologetic background, with a traditional Japanese style inspired by Wafism and Wabi-sabi.
